| The Criminal Justice Liaison is a grant funded program providing continuity of care for individuals who have been incarcerated within the 23rd Judicial District. Services include providing early identification of individuals with mental illness within the county jails, diversionary options or resources, consultation with law enforcement, county personnel and court officials, training and education, and discharge planning. | ||
| Eligibility: Must be in county jail, in the counties and/or district listed, and be referred by Jail or Agency Staff. Age 18 and older, has a mental illness and is incarcerated or at risk of incarceration. | ||
