Forensic Evaluation Services Ages: All ages

Centerstone performs competency and mental condition evaluations at the request of courts. Evaluations are available to any Tennessee resident, but must be performed in Davidson County.
Eligibility: Requests are accepted from juvenille, city, general sessions, circuit, and criminal courts.
