Intervention Assistance for Addiction Disorders Ages: All ages

Working with family, friends or an employer, an Interventionist uses a team approach to confront an individual about the impact of their addiction. Through the intervention, the individual is encouraged to seek treatment. If the person agrees to treatment, the Interventionist provides the individual with professional and confidential advice in addressing addiction-related issues, assistance with entering the most appropriate treatment program, as well as transportation to treatment and case coordination during and following completion of treatment. Grant funds may be available.
