Diverse array of services are provided on an outpatient basis to residents by case managers from Residential Services, Community Support Services or the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Rent is capped at 30% of income.
Eligibility: Seriously mentally ill adults. Must meet HUD income and disability criteria.
