| Project FREE is a 16-17 week intensive grant funded program for individuals who suffer from drug and alcohol abuse and/or mental illness who are part of the criminal justice population living in the community. This includes individuals on probation, parole or pretrial release. Participants attend day and evening group therapy sessions 3-4 times per week. Treatment services include: screening and assessment, treatment planning, intensive outpatient treatment, case management, family and/or individual substance abuse education, relapse prevention, drug testing and monitoring and additional recovery support services. | ||
| Eligibility: The program is available for adults, ages 18 and older, who are part of the criminal justice population and live in Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Moore and Warren Counties in Tennessee. | ||
