TLC Connect

Tennessee Lives Count – CONNECT (i.e., TLC-CONNECT) is an innovative program to help individuals engage in care that is focused on suicide prevention. TLC-CONNECT is made possible by a federal grant awarded to SAMHSA to the State of Tennessee (i.e., TDMHSAS). Centerstone is a contracted partner who provides the clinical services. We are evaluating this program to learn how this program is helping youth at risk for suicide, and how it can be improved. We hope to use responses from youth, and their parents, to tailor our program to meet our clients’ needs.
