While your loved one is a patient at Centerstone Behavioral Hospital, he or she will be attended by our medical staff. A case manager will be your point of contact. The case manager will keep you advised of your loved one’s progress, discharge plan and on-going recovery planning.
Patients must sign consent for you to participate in their treatment. If you have information to share regarding your loved one, please alert the case manager or unit nurse upon admission.
Once your loved one is ready for the transition back to home, work and family, follow-up treatment, support and education are essential for continued recovery for both you and your loved one. We encourage family and other loved ones to assist with any recommendations for follow-up care. Some of the options are:
- Addiction Residential
- Medication Management
- Community Support Meetings
- Individual, Group or Family Therapy
- Day Treatment or Partial Hospitalization
- Family Education and Family Counseling
