We have openings for entry level Mental Health Case Managers in multiple counties throughout Middle Tennessee. Your bachelor’s degree in a social work, psychology or related field – and a desire to help patients improve their lives by understanding the whole-person approach to their wellness – can help you launch your career in the growing field of mental health.

Who is Centerstone?

Founded in 1956, Centerstone is a nonprofit health system providing mental health and substance use disorder treatments.
