So often the mental health provider is left out of the self-care conversation. Many clinicians find themselves feeling burned out and asking, “What about me?” This two-part series will provide practical education and guidance about how we, as professionals, can fiercely guard our own well being so that we can serve people with our fullest selves. FREE trainings on Zoom CEUs available!

Learning Objectives:

• Identify and self-assess levels of expectation about the holiday season (“perfect holiday syndrome”).
• Identify at least two ways to prevent feeling burned out during the stress of the holiday season.
• Describe ways that our grief can manifest during the holidays.
