In these groups\, we discuss why some of us experience suicidal and other distressing thoughts\, skills to manage them and reduce emotional intensity over time\, how to build a meaningful safety plan\, and ways to build a live worth living.  We discuss glimmers (small moments of joy that bring peace and comfort) and examine our values.
