Important Closure and Delay Information for Thursday, September 26th in Florida

Due to expected severe weather from the impact of Hurricane Helene, all Centerstone outpatient offices in the Florida counties of Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, DeSoto, and Hendry will be closed on Thursday, September 26th. Inpatient services will continue as normal, however hospital visitation hours are cancelled for Thursday.

Additionally, the Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone in Jacksonville, Florida will be providing all services remotely via telehealth.
