Jessica Crosby Sullivan, PsyD

Jessica Crosby Sullivan, PsyD is the Director of Centerstone’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Florida, a grant funded program that delivers a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use disorder services to vulnerable individuals. She leads a team of clinicians and support specialists in coordinating evidence-based mental health care with physical health care that includes 24-hour crisis care services.

A nearly two decade veteran in the behavioral health field, Dr. Sullivan has extensive clinical and healthcare administration experience working in inpatient and residential settings with substance use disorders and severe and persistent mental illness. Dr. Sullivan was also the founder of the Crosby Counseling Center, a collective of mental health professionals, providing low cost outpatient and intensive outpatient services to individuals in the community.

Dr. Sullivan is the President of the Board of Directors for the Postpartum Society of Florida (PPSF) and is a member of Postpartum Society International (PSI), American Psychological Association (APA) and Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA). She is also a member of a number of APA professional societies including: Division of Quantitative and Qualitative Methods, Society for Personality and Social Psychology, Division of Behavior Analysis, Society of Addictive Behavior, and Society for the Psychology of Women.

Dr. Sullivan earned her master’s degree and a PsyD in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology. She also received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biomedical science with a concentration in mathematics and gender studies from the University of South Florida. She received training and certification in applied behavior analysis from the Eden Institute where she was recognized as an early interventions child care specialist. Further, Sullivan is also a certified Tobacco Cessation Specialist with Gulfcoast South Area Health Education Center.
