Samantha Kolb

Samantha Kolb is the Vice President of Quality and Innovation at Centerstone, a not-for-profit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. As the Vice President of Quality and Innovation, Kolb leads risk management, utilization review, accreditation and licensing, and initiatives that increase access to care, quality of care and customer experience across the continuum of care.

Kolb has more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field with a specialized focus in substance use disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kolb has experience in diverse treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient and intensive community-based care. Kolb has increased programming across the substance use continuum by implementing a Family Intensive Treatment Team, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program, and an Outpatient Detox Program.

Kolb has participated in several news interviews and drug taskforces in the fight against the opioid epidemic that has affected our entire country. In 2019 Kolb was nominated by Florida’s Attorney General, Ashley Moody, for the Statewide Opioid Working Group.

Kolb graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors and master’s degree in social work.
