Nashville, Tenn.—Advantage Behavioral Health, a company of Centerstone, the nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of community-based behavioral healthcare, announced the promotion of Bob Siegmann, LSCW, MBA, to Vice President for Healthcare Integration, Employee Assistance Programs and Lean Six Sigma. Siegmann previously served as Vice President of Quality Information and Quality Assurance.
In his new role, Siegmann oversees physical and behavioral health integration for the Centerstone system throughout Tennessee and Indiana, as well as Lean Six Sigma initiatives and the Solutions Employee Assistance Program. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Siegmann will apply his management strategies and skills to maximize quality and efficiency at all levels at Centerstone.

Based in Columbus, Ind., Siegmann has served as Vice President at Centerstone, formerly Quinco Behavioral Systems, since 1991. He joined the organization in 1982. Siegmann holds a bachelor’s degree in history and Far Eastern studies from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Ind. He received a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Indiana University.
