Nashville, Tenn. — Centerstone, Tennessee’s leading provider of behavioral health services, has named the following officers to its 2003-2004 board of directors:
- Nedda Pollack, Chairperson
- Deborah Taylor Tate, Vice Chairperson
- Richard P. Baxter, Secretary

Pollack is a senior credit officer for AmSouth Bank. She lives in Nashville.
Tate is a resident of Nashville and serves as director of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.
Baxter, a Nashville resident, is a professor for Williamson Christian College.
