Nashville, Tenn. — Centerstone, Middle Tennessee’s leading provider of behavioral health services, has announced that Development Manager Kathy Parolini now will fill a newly created position – Volunteer Programs and Development Manager.
Previously, Parolini oversaw Centerstone’s annual fund campaign. In her new role she will be responsible for volunteer involvement within the organization. She will recruit and coordinate the volunteers, who share their time and talents to enhance therapy and the recovery process for the individuals and families Centerstone serves. Parolini also will oversee the employee giving campaign and create an “Arts in Mental Healthcare” program.
“This new position was created because volunteers are a vital component of our programs’ success,” said Lynn McDonald, Development Director of Centerstone. “Kathy’s professional experience and outgoing nature coupled with her commitment to Centerstone’s mission provide the right combination to lead our volunteer program.”
