“We believe Centerstone Associates will be a tremendous resource for the Spring Hill community,” said Kristy O. Strain, practice manager of Centerstone Associates. “When a business owner is faced with an employee who consistently disrupts the workplace environment due to alcohol, stress or any behavioral problem, taking action can sometimes be difficult.
In the same respect, when an individual’s behavior is hurting his family and friends, finding help is emotionally challenging. Centerstone Associates strives to help people with special needs so that they may return to healthy, productive careers and overall lifestyles.”
A focus of Centerstone Associates will be its EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs) Ð clinical, diagnostic and referral services that help businesses identify and address behavioral health concerns in the workplace, such as stress management, smoking cessation and substance abuse. The EAPs help reduce interruption in employees’ lives, enabling them to return to their highest level of functioning at home and at work. Centerstone Associates contracted with Saturn to provide EAPs in January 2003.
The Spring Hill facility’s clinical staff will include Linda Cherry Dickson, LPC; Dennis Aubry, LPC; and Lee Brown, LPC.
