Centerstone Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Sara Evans Benefit Concert at Historic Ryman Auditorium

Nashville, Tenn. — Centerstone, Tennessee’s leading provider of behavioral healthcare services, will celebrate 50 years of dedication to those with mental health issues and their families by hosting a special concert with award-winning country vocalist Sara Evans at 7:30 p.m. on May 17, 2006, at the historic Ryman Auditorium.

The opening act for the benefit concert is Pat Flynn, a well-known Nashville guitarist/songwriter/singer (www.patflynnmusic.com). Source to the stars, syndicated radio and WSMV-TV entertainment reporter Jimmy Carter will serve as the master of ceremonies for the evening.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit Centerstone’s programs and services for children and families.

Sara Evans was named one of People magazine’s “Most Beautiful People” in 2005. Evans’ is nominated for “Female Vocalist of the Year” by the Academy of Country Music and named the “2006 Female Vocalist of the Year” by readers of Radio & Records Magazine. Additionally, just in time for Mother’s Day, this busy mom has partnered with Hallmark to release Always There, a CD tribute to mothers available only at Hallmark Gold Crown Stores through Mother’s Day.
