New outpatient office provides counseling and substance abuse treatment services to area residents
Nashville, Tenn.—Centerstone, a not-for-profit organization providing a wide range of mental health and addiction services, today announced the opening of a new outpatient office in the West Nashville area. The new office, located at 4525 Harding Pike, will offer mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment services for children and adults starting Nov. 1, 2010.
