Centerstone Military Services, Nashville Junior Chamber Discuss the Value of Leadership

Centerstone Military Services Executive Director Kent Crossley (right) and Board Member Scott Himes (second from right) met with Nashville Junior Chamber young professionals last evening at Synovus – Bank of Nashville for a round table discussion about the military experience, the value of effective leadership, mentorship and how young professionals can acknowledge and support military members in their communities.

“A leader is someone who knows what to do in the midst of chaos … someone who knows which resources to use to get the job done,” said Crossley. Colonel (Retired) Crossley retired from military service in 2010 after serving 30 years in the U.S. Army. Himes served eight years with the U.S. Air Force before being selected as an Intelligence Officer in March 2004.
