Centerstone Names Burchyett Director for Practice Management

Nashville, Tenn. — Centerstone, Middle Tennessee’s leading provider of behavioral health services, has announced the addition of Rhonda Burchyett as Director for Practice Management.

Burchyett, a certified physician practice manager, has more than 15 years of experience in the field, including nine years with the Tennessee Christian Medical Center in Madison.

In her new role with Centerstone, Burchyett will be responsible for administering and developing commercial services and expanding outpatient service delivery to commercial insurance companies and private pay clients.

“Rhonda’s role will be instrumental to Centerstone as we strive to become a provider of choice by extending our services to everyone in the community who needs quality behavioral healthcare,” said David Guth, CEO of Centerstone. “We are delighted to have someone of Rhonda’s knowledge and experience on our management team.”

Burchyett joins Centerstone from Tennessee Christian Medical Center, where she served as director of practice management for outpatient psychiatric practices, including assisted living facilities. In that role, she provided coordination and administration of all practice operations, directed medical and personnel functions related to the quality of care, and served on JACHO and Performance Improvement Committee. Previous to that, Burchyett was a medical and specialty practice management consultant, working with physicians to establish and maintain office policies and procedures.
