New Hamilton County office provides outpatient counseling, therapeutic foster care and intensive in-home treatment services
Nashville, Tenn. – Centerstone, a not-for-profit organization providing a wide range of mental health and addiction services, today announced the opening of a new outpatient office in Hamilton County. Located in Chattanooga at 6110 Shallowford Road, Suite B, the office offers a variety of mental health services including counseling for children and adolescents, therapeutic foster care and intensive in-home treatment services.

The Chattanooga office adds to the more than 60 facilities and 170 partnership locations Centerstone operates throughout Tennessee.
Centerstone’s Therapeutic Foster Care services, which are available in 76 Tennessee counties, offer a nurturing support system for both children and adolescents and the families that care for them along the way. Case managers and therapists from the Hamilton County location are available to provide guidance and counseling to these individuals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Intensive In-Home Treatment Services are designed to help children and adolescents, ages 3 through 17, who are dealing with serious emotional and behavioral problems. The goal of the program is to keep children and families together by providing intensive individual and family therapy sessions. Individuals referred to the program are assigned an In-Home Therapist who works with the family to create an individualized treatment plan designed to meet their specific needs and challenges.
