Nashville, Tenn. — Centerstone, the largest behavioral healthcare provider in Tennessee, has announced the promotion of Jan Goodson to the position of grant writing coordinator.
Goodson, who joined Centerstone in 2003 as a grant writer, will be responsible for supervising the grant writing staff as they identify potential public and private funding sources and prepare proposals and award applications. Goodson will coordinate efforts to seek funding support for Centerstone’s mental health and substance abuse programs and services throughout Tennessee.
“We are delighted to announce Jan’s well-deserved promotion,” said Thomas W. Doub, Ph.D., vice president for research. “Jan’s knowledge about funding sources and grant writing make her an invaluable member of Centerstone’s research team.”
Goodson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003.
