Positive Psychology Presentation

Bloomington, Ind.—Centerstone will host the latest in the free Breakfast Learning Series: “Positive Psychology, Practical Applications,” this month featuring Brenda Oldstrom, MA, LMHC, MDiv. Oldstrom will discuss specifics on building lasting happiness in life, enhancing positive emotions; learning activities to increase levels of happiness; and learning the difference between the pleasant life, the good life, and the meaningful life—with a focus on building skills for creating all three.

The workshop will be held Friday, March 26, 2010, 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church (2120 N. Fee Lane—Bloomington). It’s open to the public; breakfast is provided, no reservations are necessary; and continuing education credits will be available upon request (with a $5 processing fee for non-Centerstone employees).
