Bloomington, Ind.—Centerstone will host the latest in the free monthly Breakfast Learning Series: “Sleep and You” this month featuring Gary Plaford, LCSW. Plaford will discuss the stages of and cycles of sleep and what occurs during those stages, the resulting impact on physical health, memory and mental health, and tips for improving personal habits and the quality of sleep.
The workshop will be held Friday, January 22, 2010, 8:00-9:30 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church (2120 N. Fee Lane—Bloomington). It’s open to the public; breakfast is provided, no reservations are necessary; and continuing education credits will be available upon request (with a $5 processing fee for non-Centerstone employees).
