UPDATE: Centerstone Facilities Temporarily Relocate Services Due to Flooding

Following is an update on service from Centerstone.

Centerstone remains available to serve all clients in our service area. With exception of one office in MetroCenter in Nashville. All offices are operational at this time.


Centerstone Child and Adolescent Clinic – 230 Venture Circle in MetroCenter / Nashville. Clients are being seen at our Frank Luton Center at 1921 Ransom Place near Murfreesboro Road. This will continue through the end of this week. Services at Venture Circle will resume on Monday, May 10. All other outpatient and residential facilities are in operation as usual.


Harriett Cohn Center – 511 8th Street in Clarksville. Although travel is extremely limited in this area, our Clarksville office is now open – one day ahead of schedule.


Lawrenceburg Facility – 1090 Old Florence Road in Lawrenceburg is open today. It experienced a lack of fresh water on May 3 but is now operational.

Thankfully, our community-based staff members, including case managers and in-home therapists, are seeing our clients with little interruption. With the exception of some temporary breaks in network access, all other services and programs are operational.

Crisis Services are operating with no change to service. To access Crisis Services call 800.681.7444.
