Centerstone offers Prevention Services programs throughout Middle Tennessee, educating and empowering children, teens and their families to make positive decisions when faced with common real-life issues.
Through specialized programs, Centerstone helps youth and their families deal with issues like:
- Alcohol abuse
- Drug abuse
- Eating disorders
- Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
- Teen pregnancy
- Other unhealthy behaviors
Additionally, our Prevention Services programs help youth develop character and personal resiliency. Our programs are fun, educational and easily accessible, with many programs available within local schools and neighborhood centers.
Centerstone has provided Prevention Services programs for over 25 years. Our nationally recognized programs are research-driven and proven effective. Knowledge gained from youth participants helps us evaluate program success and develop future services.

Our Prevention Specialists offer experience and expertise in working with a culturally diverse population of children, teens and their families. Centerstone’s Prevention Services programs are funded by state, federal or private grants and are provided at no cost.
