Long-Term Subsidized Apartments

Long-term, stable housing is provided for residents meeting HUD income and disability criteria. A diverse array of services is provided on an outpatient basis to residents by rehabilitation specialists from Supportive Housing, Community Support Services or the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Rent is capped at 30% of income.
