Re-entry Services

In Illinois, Centerstone offers re-entry services to help people transition from the corrections system to the community. We supply a variety of services in safe, supportive environments, including behavioral health and employment services. To ensure the safety of our clients, we adhere to the PREA Community Confinement Standards in all of our re-entry services and programs. Our goal is to help prevent sexual abuse and ensure a safe, healthy culture and environment for our re-entry clients. For more information on our re-entry services or on our PREA reporting, contact Susan Smothers at (618) 923-4090.
