Sapphire Society

The Sapphire Society honors the generosity and commitment of individuals who have chosen to create a lasting legacy to Centerstone through their will, trust, retirement fund, life insurance or other planned gift. These distinguished contributors serve, like the beautiful sapphire, as precious and rare gifts for the future of behavioral health care and the families and individuals we serve. Names of Sapphire Society members are kept and honored in perpetuity.

Our Endowments

We are proud to acknowledge the commitment, foresight and hearts of the individuals who have established endowed funds that will permanently support programs and services for individuals and families for generations to come.

While all gifts to Centerstone contribute to our mission, endowments are meaningful as they provide a perpetual source of funding. As of June 30, 2021, Centerstone’s endowment comprised 39 funds totaling approximately $12.1 million.

We are deeply honored when an individual or family member wishes to establish a permanent endowment in support of Centerstone. A permanent fund may be established with a minimum gift of $25,000. Individuals also may make gifts to support an established fund.

Centerstone Funds Held at Community Foundations

The David C. Guth, Jr. Fund for Centerstone

Supports the research and infrastructure necessary to bring new treatments to clients and provide universal access to those in the community who cannot afford behavioral health care. HELD: The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

Centerstone Military Services Designated Fund

Works to address the emotional and psychological aftermath of war for combat warriors and for the people who support them, supporting research, curriculum design, and innovative delivery mechanisms to provide aid for those affected, in ways that work best for them. HELD: The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

Centerstone of Indiana Endowment Fund

Supports services provided by Centerstone in Decatur County, Indiana. HELD: Decatur County Foundation.

The Centerstone Mental Health Fund
