How We Use It

Centerstone uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on service and benefits and to personalize our websites for you. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. We will also follow local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact, where applicable.

Who We Share It With

Centerstone will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other Centerstone business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in “how we use it.” Such Centerstone business partners, including those in the United States and/or any other countries, are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data and are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements. Data collected online may also be combined with information you provide when you register your ownership of Centerstone products.

Centerstone takes compliance very seriously and committed to serving patients in an ethical, legal and responsible manner, consistent with our mission and values.  We strive to provide high quality services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as Centerstone’s policies and procedures. Centerstone recognizes its obligation to comply with requirements related to participation in Federal health care programs (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid), including the submission of accurate and complete claims and bills. Centerstone is committed to taking prompt action with respect to any fraud, waste, abuse, or other possible violations of law, regulation, or policy. All reported compliance issues or concerns will be reviewed, investigated, and addressed in a prompt and comprehensive manner. Centerstone has designated a Chief Compliance Officer, a Privacy Officer, and Regional Compliance and Privacy Officers. You should reach out to any of them if you have any questions or concerns. In addition, if you prefer, you may call our independent Compliance Hotline to report a concern or make a complaint on a confidential basis. The ways to contact the Hotline follow: Calls to the Hotline can be made on a confidential and anonymous basis.  Every report will be reviewed by the Compliance Office and will be responded to appropriately. All allegations of wrongdoing will be carefully investigated before any action is taken. The rights of all staff, including anyone who is the subject of a Centerstone report, will be respected and protected. Centerstone has a non-retaliation policy to protect employees who report concerns or compliance issues. No disciplinary action or retaliation will be taken when a workforce member reports a perceived issue, problem, concern, or violation to management, the Centerstone Chief Compliance Officer, the Centerstone Privacy Officer, Regional Compliance and Privacy Officer, or the Compliance Hotline in “good faith.” “Good faith” means that the individual actually believes or perceives the reported information to be true and accurate.
