Synopsis of Training:
This course is designed to teach and help staff deliver the core components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorders (CBT for SUD), an evidence based psychotherapy, to clients experiencing substance use disorders. This training will utilize a few different training methods that were designed specifically for clinicians working in real world settings. It is not designed to be an extensive CBT-SUD training, but rather an introduction and overview of core CBT for SUD techniques.
Learning Objectives:
The Centerstone Research Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7204. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Centerstone Research Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of programs.
