Important Closure Information for Centerstone Patients in Florida

Due to the expected bad weather from Hurricane Milton, Centerstone’s outpatient offices and clinics in Manatee, Sarasota, DeSoto, Hendry, Glades, and Lee Counties will be closed on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th. Additionally, the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone in Jacksonville, Florida will transition all services to telehealth on Wednesday and Thursday.

At this time, we are planning to re-open outpatients services on Friday, October 11th. Crisis and detox admissions will continue as normal at Centerstone’s Behavioral Health Hospital & Addiction Center in Bradenton, however residential SUD admissions will be paused until after the storm has passed.
