Just as we do for our patients, Centerstone believes in supporting our team members through every twist and turn of life’s journey. The Brighter Future Fund is designed to help employees facing unexpected hardships, providing the relief needed to navigate challenging times.
What is the Brighter Future Fund?
Centerstone’s Brighter Future Fund offers emergency financial assistance to part-time and full-time Centerstone employees who are experiencing the unexpected and temporary impacts caused by a natural disaster.
Who is Eligible?
All regular part-time and full-time Centerstone employees are eligible to apply for assistance. Colleagues are eligible to receive assistance once in a 12-month fiscal year period (from July 1 – June 30).
How Does it Work?
Centerstone employees can apply for financial assistance by submitting an application detailing the nature of their emergency as a result of a natural disaster. Requests can be made for expenses not covered by FEMA or insurance. Grants are provided on a charitable basis meaning staff won’t need to worry about repayment while focusing on what matters most. Applications are reviewed by an internal Brighter Future Fund committee, and all information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Contribute to a Brighter Future
You can also make a difference in the lives of Centerstone team members by contributing to the Brighter Future Fund. Tax-deductible donations are accepted year-round, and every contribution—whether big or small—helps a fellow team member in their time of need. Gifts can be made online using a credit card, and current Centerstone staff members can also donate via one-time payroll deductions.
