Closure & Delay Information for Centerstone Locations – January 10, 2025

Due to forecasted inclement weather and potentially hazardous road conditions, some Centerstone locations are closed or will be closing early on Friday, January 10.

Tennessee

All of Centerstone’s outpatient clinics in Tennessee will be closed on Friday, January 10, 2025. Telehealth appointments will be available where possible.

Illinois

• All outpatient clinics (Alton, Carterville, Carbondale, Marion, West Frankfort) will close early on Friday, January 10. Centerstone’s Fellowship House, Recovery Transitional Housing, and Crisis Stabilization Unit will remain open.

• In-person appointments for Friday, January 10th have been converted to telehealth or we will be reaching out to you to reschedule your appointment.

• MAT dosing will continue at the Marion and Alton MAT clinics. These locations will close after 2:00 PM today once dosing is complete. MAT clients will receive take-home doses for tomorrow, January 11, 2025. MAT services at Marion and Alton will be closed tomorrow, January 12, 2025 and staff will not be on-site at these locations.
