Talk to Someone Now. You’re Not Alone.

Centerstone’s Crisis Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have caring and compassionate staff available to support individuals in any behavioral health crisis. Our staff provide a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental space for individuals experiencing any form of emotional distress or to anyone who is concerned about another person’s safety or mental wellbeing.

What to expect:

During a call/text/chat, you will be greeted by a specially trained crisis staff member who will:

  • Listen with empathy and respect
  • Help you talk through what you’re feeling
  • Assess immediate safety concerns
  • Offer support, coping strategies, and resources tailored to your needs.

Our goal is to promote your safety using the least disruptive approach possible.
