Jane Bolin is the Vice President of Patient Experience and Engagement at Centerstone, a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatments. In her role, Bolin works to improve and maintain the patient experience at Centerstone by developing infrastructure and support to better equip staff to effectively deliver care.
Bolin has nearly two decades of experience in mental health and person-centered services. She joined Centerstone in 2008 as a crisis care consultant and later served as a manager in the crisis care department where she oversaw the daily operations of the crisis call center program and call team staff. Throughout her career, Bolin’s focus has always been on the patient. She has built referral programs that improved partnerships and referrals, developed programs that increased the quality of behavioral health care, and built a customer-friendly front door that increased access to services and elevated engagement.
Bolin is a member of the National Association of Crisis Center Directors, Contact USA Nashville, the Nashville Health Care Council, the Centerstone Patient Safety Organization, and holds certification with the American Association of Suicideology.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College and a master’s degree in professional counseling psychology from Richmont Graduate University.
