Care for You and Your Loved Ones
Centerstone understands the unique experiences of those affiliated with the military. We aim to break down barriers to care and specialize in treating conditions commonly faced by service members and veterans such as PTSD and anxiety. Centerstone’s Military Services provides a network of providers, peer support services and strong partnerships with the Cohen Veterans Network and Wounded Warrior Project to support active-duty service members, Reserves, National Guard, veterans and their families nationwide.
We understand the hesitation to seek out care and the stigma surrounding mental illness in the military. An individual may feel that seeking help conflicts with their self-image as a strong person or does the same to the image of their brothers and sisters in arms. Centerstone stands firm in the fact that mental health is vital to wellness and believes that there is strength in admitting when you need help.
Centerstone’s Military Services are available nationally through our professional network of telehealth providers, as well as in Centerstone clinics. Our services can help with a wide-variety of mental health concerns and include:
- counseling
- therapeutic retreats
- couples and family counseling
- employment counseling
- online support groups, classes and workshops
Service Members and Veterans
Services include:
- Individual and group counseling for anxiety, depression, grief and loss
- Inpatient and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders
Family Members
Centerstone allows service members and veterans to define family members however they wish. This has the potential to include children, spouses, parents, unmarried significant others and more. Services include family, couple and individual counseling available in person or via telehealth.
