Adult Transitional Group Homes (24-hour supervision)
Adult Transitional Group Homes provide a high level of supervision for seriously mentally ill adults while focusing on the skills needed to transition to more independent living.
On-site services include:
- case management
- life skills training
- medication monitoring
- other services
Residential Expectations
Residents in these facilities are expected to engage in Partial Hospitalization/Clubhouse programs, or to obtain employment or volunteer work during their stay. Guidelines on the length of stay vary at each facility.
