Outpatient Practices

If in-patient is not determined to be the best avenue of care, outpatient services are also available through the Outpatient Practices. At our four conveniently located practices, physicians provide individual and group counseling services for all ages, as well as family therapy to address individual emotional and behavioral problems. Our counselors help with difficulties in many areas including mood management, anxiety, depression, family relationship issues, parenting, anger and substance abuse. We offer psychological testing to assist our patients in finding solutions that work for them.

Centerstone also provides outpatient services for adults, children and families via telehealth.
