PASRR Evaluations

Centerstone performs Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) evaluations for nursing facilities, which is required for all residents who are receiving psychotropic medications. The purpose is to assess the need for additional services and appropriate treatment within the nursing home facility.
