In all of our areas of service, Centerstone provides a specialized professional team focused on your care. A traditional structure of services has been replaced with a comprehensive team approach that utilizes prompt engagement and service initiation, longer-term case coordination and acute symptom management, case management, individual, family and/or group therapy and medication management services. All services are coordinated to ensure interventions best match the client’s needs. Comprehensive assessments assist staff in identifying the priority needs and interventions of each client.
