Prior to joining Centerstone, Gagnon served as the Chief Financial Officer at Brightli and for Burrell Behavioral Health where she guided financial strategy and operations, while playing a key role in organizational growth and fiscal stewardship. Her career also includes a seven-year tenure as controller at Treadwell Enterprises, Inc., and earlier leadership as director of accounting at Burrell Behavioral Health.
A certified public accountant, Gagnon earned her bachelor of science in accounting from Missouri State University. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and building high-performing finance teams that support mission-driven organizations.
