Navigating Your New Normal will address the complexities of grief through psychoeducation and peer support while using the Grief Recovery Method.
Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 1pm ET. Starting April 23, 2024.

This group is designed for adults (age 18+) and will run for 8 sessions. The group is available for clients in NC, SC, FL, and TN. It is a closed group and no new clients can join after the completion of the first session.
