Synopsis of Training:
This live training focuses on the ethical and legal components of providing telehealth with a focus on group telehealth. Participants will learn the four components of “building virtual structure” in telehealth – including protecting confidentiality, ensuring legality and accessibility of services, following emergency/safety procedures, and setting professional norms and expectations in a virtual environment. Participants will also discuss key considerations for providing telehealth in a group format. This training qualifies for one hour of CE credit. Participants will have a chance to complete an evaluation at the end of the training to obtain a CE certificate.
Learning Objectives:
The Centerstone Research Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7204. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Centerstone Research Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of programs.
