Centerstone cares for more than 50,000 people a year throughout our 37 locations in the Middle Tennessee area. For nearly 60 years, our facilities in Tennessee have provided professional behavioral health services and advanced programs to people who suffer with mental illness. Indiana
Centerstone cares for more than 24,000 people a year throughout our 23 locations in the Central Indiana area. Currently, we serve 17 Indiana counties and operate the Foster Care Select program in 24 counties.

Florida
Centerstone cares for more than 15,000 people a year throughout our five locations in Florida. Our staff of more than 450 doctors, nurses, counselors, case workers, leaders and support staff serves one out of every thirty families in our community.

Illinois
Centerstone cares for more than 16,000 people a year throughout our seven locations in the Alton, Carbondale, Marion and West Frankfort areas. We offer skilled counseling, psychiatric and medical services, and services for adults with developmental disabilities. For over 50 years, we have provided community behavioral health services in Southern Illinois.
