Carol Bean is Chief Operating Officer for Centerstone, a national leader in behavioral health and addiction services. In her role, Bean provides leadership and management to Centerstone’s regional executive officers and is responsible for working with all leaders to develop effective growth strategies, ensuring the organization meets targets identified in Centerstone’s strategic plan. Additionally, Carol works closely with Centerstone’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee the organization’s robust IT and HR departments.
Bean first joined Centerstone in 2014 as Assistant Corporate Controller then advanced to Director and Vice President posts, and most recently has served as Centerstone’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Centerstone, she served as finance manager at Deloitte Services LLP, account specialist at Cigna Government Services, accounting services supervisor at Coventry Healthcare, and regional accounting manager at America Service Group.
Bean holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and accounting from East Tennessee State University.
