No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay at Centerstone of Florida and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available as detailed in the Financial Assistance Policy (FAP)

All clients are encouraged to contact their health care practitioners anticipated to provide services while receiving care in the facility regarding a personalized estimate, billing practices and participation with his or her insurance provider or health maintenance organization (HMO) as the practitioners may not participate with the same health insurers or HMO as the hospital.
Centerstone does not utilize contracted healthcare practitioners or medical groups in the provision of care.
