Veteran Care Navigators in the Community

Our Veteran Care Navigators, Dena Lunsford and Jenn Synder, recently represented Centerstone at the Homeless Veteran Stand Down at The Commons in Columbus, Indiana where they hosted an outreach table to share about the resources available across Indiana.
World Suicide Prevention Day

On World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10), our team had the honor of hosting a resource table at the community partner hosted, USAA and one of the founding partners of Face the Fight at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.
As part of our commitment with Face the Fight, we joined to raise awareness and share education about veteran suicide prevention. Engaging directly with the community in such a meaningful space reflects our ongoing dedication to connection, prevention, and support for those who have served.
