Centerstone Piedmont – Green St.

Centerstone’s Piedmont location is an outpatient behavioral health clinic serving adults in Piedmont and the surrounding communities. The clinic is located at 125 East Green Street near downtown Piedmont and can be easily reached from Highway 34 and other local roads. Visitors traveling through Piedmont can follow East Green Street toward the downtown area to reach the clinic. On-site parking is available for clients and visitors. This location provides outpatient treatment for adults experiencing substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Services include substance use assessments, individual counseling, outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), recovery support services, and care coordination. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
